| Our client in the Rotherham area have a position for a Technical Manager. The successful candidates will be responsible for implementing and leading technical competence across the company, ensuring correct specifications and high standards are met and promoting best working practice. You will be capable of preparing for external customer audits to BRC requirements and fully compliant with up to date food safety, HACCP and health and safety legislation. You should be able to provide focused, self managing and competent systems and be able to plan and react for changing demands of a fast moving business. The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with technical experience in the food industry. You should be enthusiastic, able to motivate colleagues and remain calm under pressure |
