This is an exciting and extremely rare opportunity to work with a company manufacturing a product for a range of worldwide industrial applications.
The company were established in 1997 and have a strong growth and profitability record, well above industry averages. To maintain this growth, the company have recently relocated to larger premises in Chesterfield.
The company has developed a strong customer base and a reputation for quality, flexibility and responsiveness. The directors of this company have defined a strategy and plan to grow the company further in the short term. Hence we are looking to recruit a technical sales administrator to assist with this growth. Training of the industry will be given to the successful applicant.
Your Key Tasks will be;
- Liase with customers, suppliers and all company personnel.
- Interpret received sales orders into manufacturing instructions
- Be the primary point of contact for customers with existing sales orders
- Negotiate with suppliers to purchase stock and non stock items
Ideal Candidate;
- Confidence and communication skills. Be able to deal with non routine situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- An engineering degree or HND/HNC with technical or engineering experience
- Able to be a self starter - to work unsupervised and effectively complete tasks
