    PART TIME ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

    LOCATION: DONCASTER

    SALARY AND BENEFITS: £7-8 PER HOUR (£14,000 - £16,000 pro rata) - lunch cover most days

    COMPANY INFORMATION:
    This is a privately owned family business made up of numerous companies that have either been acquired or set up as a reaction to their success. They are in fact a supplier to one of the UKs leading house hold names and are major land owners in the Doncaster area. Since their inception over 70 years ago, from the smallest of beginnings they have gone from strength to strength.

    YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
    Previous all round accounts administration experience
    Purchase ledger
    Sales ledger
    Credit control
    Statement Reconciliations
    Payroll
    Bank reconciliations
    Be willing to perform any task from low level administration duties to more demanding accounts work.
    Good IT skills
    Be highly organised with good communication skills.
    Excellent telephone manner
    Have own transport due to lack of suitable public transport links

    IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
    Knowledge of Pegasus accounts systems and OPERA II Payroll system-

    ROLE INFORMATION:
    This is a lovely company with a friendly team, who are offering an excellent opportunity for the right person. You may feel that it is time to take a step back or are looking to take a steady route back into an accounts administrator role after taking time out recently. This would also be ideal for someone who needs to do the school run. What ever your circumstances you must be prepared to work 10-2 most day of the week. You will also need to be flexible during staff holidays where you maybe required to work extra hours.
