To lead and manage the sales teams to maximise contract performance in terms of starts, employers engaged and outcomes across all CTS programmes, exceeding the expectations of all funding partners.
Key responsibilities
Maximise contract performance by fully understanding contractual obligations and performance targets across all programmes.
Day to day management of all sales teams within the organisation
Liaise with all department heads to agree expectations from each, in line with their own performance targets.
Continually develop and expand teams in line with company growth aspirations / expectations.
Take full responsibility for Employer Engagement activities covering the whole of the organization, ensuring maximizing the potential of business growth through repeat business.
Agreeing, setting and closely monitoring of targets with staff members to ensure both financial and contractual obligations are met and exceeded.
Recruit, manage, develop and maintain discipline of staff employed.
Encourage and ensure a quality culture for continuous improvement.
Identify growth opportunities by sourcing and securing new leads in order to expand the income streams.
Maintain and develop positive internal and external communications. Attend meetings with local partners as required.
Motivate and inspire staff through delegation and empowerment, making best use of people’s strengths.
Closely performance manage staff by giving clear objectives, targets and timescales and lead by example.
Communicate in a way to engage people and promote understanding.
Ensure that appropriate training records are maintained.
Ensure the timely completion of all related paperwork.
Develop marketing material for all programmes.
Appraise and develop staff as required.
Share best practice.
To comply with all company processes and procedures and adhere to deadlines.
Completion of all necessary administration in line with CTS, contractual deadlines.
Promote and share good practice throughout.
Produce statistical and management information.

To ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and on time and in line with organisational requirements.

Knowledge required
Previous people management responsibility.
