The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national company at their Rotherham office.
You will be assisting the Project Administrator in the daily duties of administration and to keep the office functioning efficiently during the Project Administrator’s absence for both audits and holidays.
This will include;
• Logging of and monitoring incoming and outgoing post
• Attending meetings and taking notes as requested
• Filing and maintaining filing and archive registers
• Raising and monitoring of purchase orders/invoices
• Assist with the reviewing, amending, monitoring and issuing of Management Manual
• General office administration duties including resources such as arranging cleaners, stationery orders and lunch arrangements.
The Successful Candidate:
• Must be numerate, literate and well organised.
• Good presentation and inter-personal skills.
• Must be flexible and have the ability to deal with several tasks at the same time with a keen eye for detail.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Packages
