The ideal candidate for this role will be a solicitor with two years minimum post qualified experience with an excellent knowledge of contract law and first rate drafting skills.
Individuals will need to be confident in drafting standard terms and conditions of trading, agency and franchising agreements, supply and distribution agreements and intellectual property documentation.
This is an ideal opportunity for the chosen candidate to develop their expertise across a broad commercial/ corporate base.
