Customer Services Manager - £30,000 - £35,000 - North Lincs.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a well established and successful company to lead an effective and flexible team to produce outstanding service delivery, including the implementation of new ideas and supporting the increases in volume.
The successful candidate will have an analytical, systems based approach to service excellence, increasing customer retention and increasing sales activity. You will also assist the National Sales Manager in providing accurate forecasts and management reports to develop your team.
A high degree of people management , customer focus and problem solving skills with an ability to look wider business issues affecting customer service is vital
Experience of working within a manufacturing related customer service role would be advantageous although not essential.
