Yorkshire - Leeds – Sheffield – Bradford £25,000 - £30,000 OTE ( dependant on experience)

Hays Construction & Property are currently recruiting for Trainee and experienced Recruitment Consultants in our Yorkshire offices in Leeds and Sheffield and Bradford. This job offers excellent career progression and training within an established market leader within the Hays Specialist Recruitment group. With operations in over 80 offices nationally and numerous European and International locations, our business is continually growing.

Working within a fast-paced sales environment, you will be responsible for managing your own desk with emphasis on developing strong business relationships, both with existing and prospective clients. You will be responsible for assignments from inception through to completion. From meeting with the clients, account management, candidate sourcing and selection, tendering for business, career advice, to salary/contract negotiations. Ultimately you are responsible for the success of the business and your own achievements.
