A part time administrator required to work three days a week/21 hours who is a good all-rounder who can commit to a minimum of six months for maternity cover. You would need to have:
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Ability to act as the key contact for delegates
Excellent interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong ITC skills including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise work to meet deadlines
An understanding of Goldmine or a similar CRM database
A flexible and calm approach
