A worldwide leading Steel Company is looking for a Laboratory Technician.
You must have experience in:
Mechanical testing
Corrosion Testing
Hot testing
Detailed mettallography and sizing
Investigating customer complaints, and specifying corrective action
Conducting internal quality assurance audits and quality manual reviews
You must also have:
Qualifications at HNC (or equivelant) in a materials related subject, with a sound understanding of laboratory techniques and analytical and report writing skills, you will have experience as a metallographer and be familiar with the ISO9000 standards
