Our client who is based in Rotherham are looking for a Part Time Evening Team Leader to join their well-established, thriving company.
Your main responsibility will be to manage and coach a team of customer service advisors ensuring operational excellence and productivity within the team.
Other duties will include:
· Supporting the Duty Manager/Team Manager/Operations
Manager
· Providing daily feedback to your team
· Providing real-time support to customer service advisors
· Conducting customer service advisor interviews
· Supporting your line manager on client or company related projects
· Providing performance reviews and appraisals
Your hours of work will be 20 – 25 hours per week between 4pm – 9pm with various shift patterns available but do include working one day at the weekend.
You must have a proven track record in a customer service, sales or collections environment, people management skills and excellent communication and support skills.
An NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Customer Service would be an advantage but not essential.
