SALARY AND BENEFITS:
-£40-50,000plus benefits
OVERVIEW:
- My client a leading independent precision engineering company are looking to establish their own forge and rolling facility to allow them to offer a full in house engineering service to their clients.
- Will be involved in installation and commissioning of the equipment seeing the facility through to profitable production.
- The facility will offer the latest forging, heat treatment and ring rollingequipment and techniques
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Should have a strong knowledge of forging and ideally rolling environments and a proven track record in managing a modern forging or ring rolling facility.
-Degree or higher in a Materials Technology , Metallurgy or general Engineering discipline.
-The post holder will be responsible for sourcing equipment, recruiting and training a skilled workforce
DESIRABLE
- Proven ability to work under pressure and lead an engineering team
-Cost conscious and confident working with P & L budgets
-Knowledge of Metal forming and Heat treatment techniques
