    Our Client are the Worlds Number 1 Microsoft Reseller and are looking for a IT Sales Manager.

    Experience in IT Business to Business Sales Management would be Desirable.


    Appplicants will need a minimum of 3 years B2B IT Sales Management experience.

    Generic Details

    •Meet or exceed defined objectives and targets for profitable sales.

    •Coach and mentor sales executives in the all aspects of the sales process in order to increase the earning performance of the team and grow the portfolio of new clients to meet monthly objectives.
    Ensure opportunities across all product lines are being pursued.

    •Assist account executives in the creation, implementation and successful execution of tactical plan for each new account through quarterly reviews.

    •Conduct 1-2-1 meetings to set monthly objectives and goals

    •Manage key metrics

    •Increase commercial awareness resulting in enhanced professionalism when dealing with clients.

    •Ability to read, analyse and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures, in addition to presenting information and respond to questions from teammates, managers and clients.

    •Organise and maintain weekly meetings for the team to keep up to date with any issues or focus days.

    Ability to forecast sales accurately and achieve sales budgets.
    •Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organisation’s policies and applicable laws – including interviewing, hiring, training employees, discipline teammates up to and including termination, addressing grievances and resolving problems and managing attendance.

    •Responsible for all annual appraisals, sign off authority for pricing and margin decisions.
    •Liaise with external and internal specialist sales teams.

    •Grow market share and increase number of active clients / lines of business through effective selling of hardware, software and services.

    •Manage daily, weekly and monthly sales campaigns.

    • Customer facing skills and experience
