Will be to ensure that the highest standards of service and presentation are maintained throughout the hotel, to ensure that training is implemented and reviewed on a regular basis, take responsibility for the security and safety of both staff and guests whilst on the premises, ensure the night audit procedure and system backups are completed on time, to assist the Executive Assistant Manager in achieving all departmental goals and targets, carry out Night Management shifts & complete a detailed handover, ensure the smooth handover of the evening shift to the night shift, making sure your team are aware of all late functions within the hotel and late arrival of groups, deal effectively with customers at all times, be familiar with the working use of the hotel computer systems and to be fully conversant in the check in, check out and making of a room reservation procedures.
The Successful Candidate…
Must be eligible to work in the UK and will need to have previous experience within a Duty Manager’s role and must be willing to work the hours stated, as this is a night-shift position. Ideally you will have worked within a 3-4*+ establishment and will be used to delivering high results and working towards the highest standards.
