Revenue Manager
£25,000 – 30,000 pa (negotiable)
The Job Role…
Will primarily be to maximise all room revenue and Meeting & Event opportunities through yielding and interpreting trends and to achieve hotel budget and to assist the Management Team in activities involving the selling and promoting of all facilities throughout the Hotel Group. You will be required to hold weekly revenue meetings to analyse past performance and agree future strategies with the hotel’s key management team, communicate & provide training where required for the concept and activities of revenue management and yield strategies to all departments, work with the sales teams to ensure that revenue is maximised when peak periods are identified, constantly monitor the competition, create management information, set group rates and availability strategies, analyse the performance of key accounts, research previous tends and manage incremental revenue producing programmes for the reservations and conference sales teams.
The Successful Candidate…
Will need to have previous experience within a Financial / Revenue Manager’s role, ideally within a 3-4* +, high calibre corporate establishment. Candidates will demonstrate excellent IT and analytical skills as well as sales awareness excellent business acumen and great attention to detail. Target focused, you will need to have previous experience of managing a small team and will be a motivated and effective communicator.
