Our client, a national organisation based in the Doncaster region, is looking to recruit a number of Warehouse staff on a temporary basis due to the winning of a new contract!
Reliability is a key factor due to the nature of the work, and therefore only those who can guarentee this need apply.
Job Purpose:
To ensure the safe receipt and dispatch of all Company stock ensuring that minimal damage occurs to products.
Key Responsibilities:
• To ensure the safe receipt and dispatch of all Company stock.
• To ensure the efficient running of the delivery system
• To ensure that the correct stock is booked into the warehouse
• To minimise damage to products and deal with damaged/faulty stock quickly and efficiently.
• To ensure all paperwork and administration is up to date and filed correctly and neatly.
• All stock to be checked on a regular basis, including sold and damaged/faulty stock.
• To achieve high levels of housekeeping at all times.
• All stock to be stacked neatly and safely.
• To maintain required standards of neatness and cleanliness.
• To be aware of security issues
• To follow procedures laid down in Company security document.
• Counterbalance License IS PREFERRED
Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
• Good communication skills
• Previous Warehouse Experience preferred
• Adaptable and change orientated
• Flexible for the needs of the business
• Team player
• Manual Handling
