An opportunity has arisen for an experience Administration Assistant to work within a busy office environment for a local government authority within in the Rotherham Area.
Your main duties will include, filing and creating files for archiving, answering telephones, taking messages and general administration duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, with an excellent telephone manner and a confident nature.
This is initially a temporary role with a view to being extended with an immediate start.
