BT Doncaster
36 hrs per week Mon-Fri 0900-1700, 1 late shift a week 1200-2000 also 1 in 4 sats 0800-1300.
£16,000 per annum plus bonus
We are looking for a HR Consultant to join our existing team. You will be employed by Manpower but providing an onsite service for our client, BT.
There are many aspects to this role so being highly organised and motivated is essential.
You will be required to manage the HR issues of upto 200 advisors, dealing with holiday queries, sickness, absence, attendance issues, disciplinaries and performance. As part of your role you will also build a relationship with the client and attend regular meetings to give updates on activity and absence management within the centre.
Full training will be provided however previous experience of working in a HR related or people management role would be advantageous
