Part-Time Customer Advisor – Chesterfield – to £15k pro rata
There now exists an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Advisor to work in branch for my client, a leading high street banking organisation. My client offers a competitive salary dependent upon experience and also the opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on performance.
Duties include:
· Providing excellent face-to face customer service
· Maximizing sales opportunities by selling additional banking products
· Handling customer queries to a mixture of banking/financial queries
· Identify opportunities for specialist referrals
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a target sales role and have a confident a reassuring personality. Good computer skills are essential as well as a good grasp of mathematics. Full training will be provided for the successful applicant.
