My client based in Hellaby are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join there team. The position is temporary for the first 8 week but will then lead to a permanent contract.
The details of the role are listed below;
•To interpret information from surveys to compile accurate reports.
•To Liaise with engineers in order to resolve discrepancies in surveys
•To cost items to agreed Insurance Tariffs
•To ensure orders are placed accurately and within service standards.
•To aid in maintaining a supplier database ensure records are up to date and we maintain coverage for local suppliers.
•To agree order ready dates with Suppliers in line with service standards
•To process files to meet personal performance targets, measuring volume and accuracy
•To work as a team to maintain states in line business requirements
•To work with Field Engineers to source parts locally in order to complete jobs.
•To liaise with local suppliers in order to obtain parts on a fast turnaround for same day completion visits.
Candidates must have;
•Good working knowledge of UK Geography.
•Educated to GCSE level, including English, Maths and Geography.
•Excellent verbal communication skills.
•Able to deal with difficult people and situations and diffuse potentially volatile situations.
•Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
•Competent to intermediate level in Word, Excel, and internal business systems.
•Able to work as part of a team.
