A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Client’s company on a position of Account Manager.
A right Candidate will be responsible for the following Duties:
1) New Business development and sales
· Using various sources to identify potential new clients.
· Using cold calling, fax, email, presentations and exhibitions to approach prospective clients, selling our company/service and building new business relationships. Reporting sales figures and prospective sales figures to management.
2) Account Management
· Handling the needs of a database of over 400 existing clients
· Using and updating the contacts database
· Taking inbound calls from existing clients
· Processing orders and queries
· Maintaining good business relationships and ensuring client satisfaction and a professional level of service at all stages of the sales/consultation process
· Client meetings to assess their requirements and perform presentations of products and services
3) Resourcing
· Research into existing and new clients company structure, specialties and qualifying their requirements - using a multitude of sources including the internet, industry related press, telecoms and face-to-face client meetings and presentations
· Listening and understanding clients needs and researching the correct product
· Sourcing potential customers from the ‘hidden market’ through word of mouth, networking and attending study days and training days
· Supporting Marketing and Monitoring departments when required
To be considered the Candidate should possess following Skills and Experience
· Good sales experience is essential with a proven track record in achieving targets Very good communication skills at all levels
· Professional manner
· I.T. literacy and ability to use MS Office package
· Ability to work unsupervised and under own initiative
· Good reporting and presentational skills
· Full and Clean UK driving licence preferred
For the successful Candidate our Client offers starting salary £18000 per annum + commission on review. Full training preparing for the role in our Client’s industry will be provided along with excellent work conditions and prospects and with great career development path.
