My client is a leading provider of direct marketing solutions are looking to recruit an experienced account manager based in their premises at Sheffield.
The Role:
An active team of sales people sell data to a variety of companies who have specifically indicated they would like to be contacted by them. Once the sale is made the Account Manager takes responsibility for looking after the client and maximising the relationship.
The role involves:
Building a good rapport and sustainable relationship with the client, offering a first class service that will keep clients happy
Ensuring as many of the leads ordered are delivered through a variety of means
Identifying and working with partners to get the best commercial terms whilst balancing the need to fulfil the order
Moving clients onto long term contracts and exploring the opportunity to work with them
Communicating via telephone and email, writing proposals, issuing contracts and covering general administration duties

The Person
Must be capable and confident of contacting existing clients via telephone and email
Experience of working in sales/marketing
Able to communicate with clients on a consultancy basis
Able to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Self motivated
Not afraid of a challenge
