A successful e-solutions provider based in Sheffield City Centre are looking for a Project Manager to join their innovative team.
Project Managers duties involve managing the design, development and delivery of client projects, supervising team members in the delivery of small projects assigned to them and ensuring the proper implementation of project management standards.
Project Manager responsibilities:
- Ensure the controlled management and delivery of all assigned Client projects.
- Supervise the delivery of all client projects assigned to the portfolio team.
- Ensure the company's standard project management procedures are implemented correctly.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained of all Client communications and project assets.
- Ensure all invoicing submitted is timely and correct.
- Day-to-day client interactions, building and maintaining relationships.
- Ensure client perspective is as a positive, proactive and integral partner.
- Management, identification and early resolution of any problems.
- Conduct regular reviews with Clients.
- Ensure appropriate contracts and service level agreements are in place.
- Ensure service levels are maintained both within the Client and TechnoPhobia.
- Preparation, supervision and coordination of new business proposals.
Specific skills/experience required for this role;
- Some project management experience is essential for this role.
- Some experience of Project Management Methodologies, Change Control, Risk Management and Project Planning desirable.
- Certification in project management methodology such as PRINCE2 or SSADM is desirable.
- Must have internet knowledge, be web-savvy and understand terminology.
- Experience of Project Management work within a web agency, web development company or internet based company is ideal.
- Any experience within the public sector would be an advantage.
General skills/experience required;
- Excellent communication skills: verbal & written.
- Education to graduate level a distinct benefit.
- Experience of managing client relationships.
- Must convey experience of working in and helping to evolve a process-driven environment.
- Enthusiastic, imaginative, creative.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
The salary range is negotiable dependant upon your relevant experience for this role.
