A successful e-solutions provider are looking for an Account Manager to join their innovative team.
Relationship management experience is essential for this role where the Account Managers duties involve servicing assigned clients and the development of their accounts. The successful candidate will work on the development of an ongoing mutually beneficial partnership with clients.
Account Management responsibilities;
- Ensure ongoing relationship with Clients and maximise potential for business within each Client.
- Familiarisation with Clients' business, strategies, their market and attitudes towards competitors in order to create the right environment for business opportunities.
- Proactive identification of new business opportunities within existing Clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships, managing client expectations.
- Working to team targets.
General responsibilities;
- Ensure client perspective is as a positive, proactive and integral partner.
- Management, identification and early resolution of any problems.
- Conduct regular reviews with Clients.
- Ensure appropriate contracts and service level agreements are in place.
- Ensure service levels are maintained.
- Preparation, supervision and coordination of new business proposals.
Skills/Experience required for this role;
- Previous Account Management experience.
- Experience of Account Management within public sector, web company or online business is ideal.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal & written.
- Experience of managing client relationships is essential.
- Must convey experience of working in and helping to evolve a process-driven environment.
- Must have some web knowledge and understanding of associated terminology.
- Some experience of Project Management Methodologies, Change Control, Risk would be an advantage.
- Education to graduate level an advantage, but not necessary.
- Enthusiastic, imaginative, creative.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined.
The salary bracket for this post is £20,000 - £29,000pa dependent on relevant skills and experience.
