£16,000 to £17,500 depending on experience and qualifications.
Based in Sheffield city centre
My client has an exciting opportunity for someone from an IT/customer care background.
You will primarily be responsible for phone/web based support. You will possess:-
· Microsoft Dynamics CRM (desired),
· Windows server – general experience of Server Environments including networking and A/D,
· SQL Server experience (general installation/configuration),
· Experience with Windows XP/Vista and Office programmes.
· Strong communication skills including a good telephone manner and a customer focussed approach.
You will be comfortable building and maintaining strong customer relationships to pro-actively drive the business forward.
