Customer Service Manager (Manufacturing)

We are looking for an experience manager in the manufacturing industry. The role is a customer service supervisor whose responsibility it is to liaise with suppliers, manufacturing and the customer to improve the customer experience and maintain and build long lasting relationships.
You will be dealing with high profile large customers and supervising the customer service department so experience in customer service is a must.
Equally important is experience and understanding of the manufacturing industry and the constraints often associated with getting orders to customers. You will need to understand the knock on effects of supplies being delivered late and what effects this has on the manufacture and supply of products and some understanding of supply chin would also be an advantage.
