Due to expansion an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telesales Co-ordinator to join a well-established national engineering company.
Your main duties will include developing and growing the Business in a profitable way. Ensuring that all customers are dealt with in a Professional and efficient manner and in as short a time as possible. Proactively sell all promotional products to the customers and ensure that all enquires or complaints are dealt with as swiftly as possible.
To assist the Management Team and External Sales Representative’s develop regular promotions to stimulate new business with customers.
The ideal candidate will be from either an Engineering background or Technical background with proven sales experience. You must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to liase with colleagues and customers alike.
Organisational skills are key as well as the ability to work to deadlines with a high attention to detail.
In return the company offers an excellent salary of £20,000 dependent on experience and a superb bonus structure with the successful candidate starting immediately.
