The Student and Information Processes Portfolio in the department of Student and Academic Services is seeking to recruit highly motivated individuals to two permanent Process and Information Administrator posts and one 12 month fixed term contract.
The Portfolio provides high quality services to students and staff across the student lifecycle from enrolment through to graduation. The role holder will work flexibly across the portfolio with duties including:
• responding to service desk queries (phone and email) relating to student processes
• maintenance of data within the University's student information system (SITS: Vision)
• contributing to arranging, documenting and delivering training for University staff
• testing system developments and upgrades
• providing administrative support for the portfolio
You will be committed to delivering an excellent customer experience. You will be adaptable with strong organisational and communication skills. You will have experience of using a large IT system or databases and will be able to demonstrate the ability to work to a high level of accuracy. Experience of working within Higher Education is desirable.
The Portfolio is based at the Sheffield Hallam University City Campus.
