PROJECTS ENGINEER (Engineering)
SCUNTHOPRE - North Lincolnshire
£25 - £27k p.a. + Bens (negotiable depending on skills & experience)
COMPANY INFORMATION:
Our client is a worldwide leader and innovator in comprehensive in on site and on line plant and pipeline maintenance, they require a Projects Engineer to join their existing Projects team.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Experience and knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes
In depth knowledge of quality specifications and engineering processes.
Appreciation of financial implications and profit margins
Good communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of materials.
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Previous experience in a similar environment would be beneficial
A good understanding of quality issues
ROLE INFORMATION:
To review customer enquiry requirements, to prepare full, detailed and accurate quotations to meet with customer specification, in order to achieve sales and profitability targets. He/ She would also be required to review contracts, prepare materials, and purchase orders for issue to production. Working closely with the engineering and production departments.
