WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
LOCATION: DONCASTER
SALARY AND BENEFITS: £22,000 + Bonus + Pension

My client a major logistics provider servicing a wide range of industry sectors seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with good people management skills, and a solid background in a multiple SKU distribution warehouse environment. YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Providing excellent customer service and quality you will lead and develop your team in promoting a team based culture whilst developing relationships with operational management with a focus on continuous improvement. Previous warehouse supervisory experience with in a fast paced environment is desirable.
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Previous experience of people management and experience of conducting staff appraisals and training schedules.
ROLE INFORMATION:
The role is shift based working in a 4 on 4 off basis based in Doncaster.
