YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Candidates must be IT literate with Microsoft, particularly chart functions in Excel. Sound office experience is also required along with good numeric skills and the ability to rationalise data.
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
A keen eye for detail and process orientated as well as the ability to work on own initiative and without supervision. Candidates must also hold a confident telephone manner.
ROLE INFORMATION:
-Duties to include regular typing of letters, reports and meeting minutes
-photocopying/scanning
-Scheduling meetings
-transferring data from Excel into charts/graphs
-Organising travel/hotel accommodation
-organising invitations for events/hospitality
The role would ideally suit a student looking to take a break from study and build their commercial experience.
