We are looking for a finance and banking litigator to join the hugely successful team of this national firm. Ideally candidates should have banking and finance experience, however those with broad commercial litigation experience and a particular interest in this area will be considered. The team focuses on complex debt recovery litigation, fraud cases, contractual/commercial disputes, delivery-up actions, title disputes, injunctions, all types of operational loss banking litigation and breach of undertaking litigation. The successful candidate will benefit from excellent training and a highly supportive and friendly environment - they will also ideally be alreadyworking in a large regional or City firm.
