Our client a forerunner in workplace solutions due to expansion has the requirement for an operations manager for their Sheffield site.
Operating from city centre offices the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-day operations of the centre, ensuring that all tasks and duties are completed in a professional and timely manner.
You will provide a point of call service for all clients, interacting with them to ensure a maximum level of service and satisfaction. You will ensure that all relevant documentation is kept up to date, that the quality of the building, furnishings and service are maintained at the appropriate level. You will ensure that all new clients are welcomed to the centre and are inducted. You will meet on a regular basis with contracted staff to assess the standard of the service and agree any required action.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative as part of a team to a common goal. You will be flexible to requirements, positive and upbeat, self motivated and who can identify requirements and find the appropriate solutions.
The position will typically run around a 37.5 hour working week although some flexibility on hours will be required, our client is paying a salary of up to £19,000 PA for the right candidate in relation to your experience.
