CREDIT CONTROL MANAGER / FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
LOCATION: Ripley, Derby
SALARY AND BENEFITS: £28,000
COMPANY INFORMATION:

- The group provides residents with high quality, safe and secure homes and local neighbourhood services
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Past experience of dealing with accounting records maintained
- Involvement of ensuring the correct financial calculations and VATs are processed
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Financial experience within the housing or renting environment
- Ideally you will have supervised financial members of staff in the past
ROLE INFORMATION:
- To assist with the efficient and effective operation of debtors and rent accounting processes
- To ensure that internal customers receive financial and accounting services required
- Undertake credit control procedures
