Personal Development Adviser – Barnsley – to £22k
A position now exists for an experienced Personal Adviser to join my clients existing team based in Barnsley. The main purpose of you role will be to provide their clients with the skills, motivation and confidence to enable them to move into suitable, sustainable employment. You will need to have previous experience in the training/recruitment/employment field and experience of working with disadvantaged young people/disabled people/adults will be of advantage.
A positive attitude towards disability, health problems and employment problems is also required, as is the willingness to travel on occasion for further training.
This role is both challenging and rewarding and carries a salary of up to £22,000 depending upon experience.
