Main duties and responsibilities:
Planning and managing all site operations in order to meet or exceed customer service and financial performance objectives.
Maintaining timely and appropriate systems and procedures for measuring, monitoring, controlling and reporting on key operational, financial and people performance indicators.
Ensuring that all site acitivities comply with organisational policies, established procedure and core values in respect of employee management, customer service, health and safety and quality and the environment.
Providing a full contribution to the evaluation of future operational strategy, site improvements and the development of further new business opportunities.
Maintaining and developing a sound commercial relationship with corporate partners.
Working alongside the Operations Business Manager to ensure the successful start up of any clusters.
Skills and Experience required:
A minimum 2 years management level experience preferably within a service organisation.
Experience of a multi site working environment
Experience of initialising and managing change
Financial awareness
Full UK Drivng licence
