The main purpose of the role is to ensure smooth running of materials from suppliers to support the Master Production Schedule Plan and customers requirements. To ensure all documentation is filed correctly to allow for customer queries to be dealt with in an timely and professional manner
Ideally you will have experience of working within a purchasing role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. It is essential that you have strong knowledge of MS Excel, have the ability to multitask. Good customer service skills are also essential as you will be the main point of contact for internal and external customers.
You will have excellent problem solving skills and the ability to effectivley manage change in a busy office environment and good administration skills.
