Sheffield Wildlife Trust is seeking to appoint a Finance Officer to work in a small finance team assisting the Head of Finance and Administration with the day-to-day processing of the Trust’s financial and management accounts.
The post holder will be responsible for processing all non-salary expenditure and income and ensuring that the accounts are reconciled on a regular basis. They will also update management accounts using information from Sage financial software.
We are looking for an individual with good numerical skills who can be accurate and consistent in their work and is able to communicate effectively with other individuals.
They will have some experience of financial accounts, have a knowledge of Sage line 50 or similar accounts package and be able to use spreadsheets.
