A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Client’s company as a Sales Support Operator.
The main purpose of the job will be to provide high level of customer service and operational support to the branch client base by processing and monitoring shipments. The right Candidate will be expected to take part in any developmental activities as required by the Company and carry out any other relevant duties as requested by the Branch Manager to ensure the effective performance of the branch.
Main Responsibilities:
· To efficiently process bookings from clients and overseas agent on to the system.
· Provide operational support for the Freight Account Managers when required.
· To liaise with all relevant parties thorough the shipment to organise the movement of goods.
· To deal with any issues that may arise during a shipment and ensure the client and/or Account Manager is updated.
· To process sales and purchase invoices of the branch.
· Provide operational support for The Account Managers when required.
You should be keen to learn and happy to develop and progress within the Company. You also need to be very sales focused and must have a full clean driving licence.
Hours Mon – Fri, 9am – 5.15pm, with 1h for lunch.
Package £16,000 basic.
