Customer Relations Administrator Responsibilities:
Administrator.
Liaising with dealerships on delivery timescales.
Providing feedback on deliveries.
Dealing with issues and complaints.
Reception duties.
Customer Service.
Administrator skills required;
Professional and personable.
Enthusiastic, friendly and approachable.
Self motivated.
Flexible and reliable.
Calm under pressure.
Able to build good working relationships across all levels.
Able to use Excel to input details.
The successful candidate will be working in a friendly team environment. This position will be fixed term for 3 months.
