What do we do?

We provide broadband, in the main. But we also sell home phone, broadband phone and other products too.

We’ve won a stack of awards for providing a good quality service. In 2008, we won Best ISP at the ISPAs (think Oscars for the internet industry). A Broadband Choices survey ranked us as number one. We also cleaned up at the uSwitch awards, walking away with nine of the eleven categories.

How do we do it?

We just do.

Our Development department develops our in-house software. Networks take care of the network. Products and Marketing make sure our products are the best in the market. Finance look after the money. HR look after the people. And the Customer Support Centre supports our customers.

In fact, a whole range of positions contribute to making us a pretty cool company to work for.
