Receptionist / Administrator required for a fantastic job opportunity in Rotherham. Our client is a specialist manufacturing company based in Rotherham who due to a period of sustained growth and a departmental restructure are looking to recruit for a Receptionist/ Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. This position will report into the Office Manager and the main purpose of the role is to act as a first point of contact for visitors to the office and to provide additional admin support as required. Our client is keen to appoint someone who has ideally held a similar role previously and complete the duties and responsibilities of this role as required which will include; - Front of house reception - Meeting and greeting all visitors to the office - Signing in visitors, briefing them on health and safety requirements and procedures - Transferring all telephone calls coming into the business, switchboard management - Dealing with general telephone enquiries - Data entry - Diary management using Microsoft Outlook - Room booking and arranging meetings and refreshments - Processing PO numbers Applicants will need to be ; - Extremely professional in person and over the telephone - Polite and conscientious - Have excellent customer service skills Benefits and further information include; -Temporary to permanent position - Immediate start - Free parking and modern office facilities - Competitive rate of pay
